Quotations

Quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of quoting. If the scope of work changes materially, the quotation may need to be revised.

Scheduling and access

We will agree a suitable date for the work and require reasonable access to the relevant areas of the property.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the point of booking or quoting. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion of the work.

Results and expectations

Exterior cleaning can significantly improve presentation, but outcomes depend on the surface, its age, prior damage, and the type of staining or growth present. We will be clear about what result is realistic before work is booked.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or move a booking, please give as much notice as possible so the slot can be reallocated.

Complaints

If there is a problem with the work, contact us directly first so we have the opportunity to review and resolve it.
